In this portal, residents are able to:

• Submit, comment, and view the status of service requests

• Get up to date notifications of inbound packages that get delivered to the Package Room.

• Use the Amenity Reservation Tab to reserve:

  • Service elevator for move-in/out & furniture delivery 

  • The resident conference room

• Post and review items on the community bulletin board

Please note that you will always want to book a reservation for any furniture deliveries as  a team member is required to run the elevator for your delivery.
