You have the option to extend your lease for an additional 30 days at your renewal rate plus a $200 monthly extension fee. This option allows for a short-term extension and provides flexibility for those needing extra time to transition to a new living situation. 

 

Option 2: 3-Month Lease Extension

Alternatively, you can extend your lease for three months at the renewal rate plus a $200 monthly extension fee. This option offers a longer-term solution for those who require more time before moving out.

 

By submitting an extension, you are confirming that you will be moving out at the end of the extension period, and your unit will be listed on the market for availability at the end of your extension term.
