Transfer Policy

When you love the building but need more room or a different view, we will help you stay comfortable with a new unit and term. Please review the guidelines below, and when you are ready to move, please contact the leasing office.

• Residents must occupy current apartment for a minimum of 90 days

• Residents must qualify for the new apartment according to the community income requirements (40x the rent)

• Submit updated paperwork

• 30-day notice is required

• The current unit must be inspected prior to approval

• ​$1000 Nonrefundable Transfer Fee due upon approval

• Lease break penalty may apply 

• No concessions

• Only one transfer per lease term
